If you have been around the church for any amount of time you have probably heard the references to believers as “Sheep,” the church as “The flock,” and the pastor as “Shepherds.” God uses these terms illustratively both to convey attitudes and relationships as they apply to us personally and with one another. They also teach us a proper understanding of our relationship with God as His called and redeemed people.
In today’s lesson, and next week’s as well, we will be looking at some essential instruction the Apostle Paul gave to the elders of the church in Ephesus before he departed from them for the last time.
There are important instructional points found in this passage for the leaders of the church then, and today. Join with us as we come to Acts 20:26-28 to look at this important lesson to the leaders of the church!
