The most common means of communication to relay information is the use of words. Spoken or written and communicated between two or more parties. In fact, I am using words right now to convey something to you!

Of all the words ever spoken, of any exchange of information ever provided, the greatest of these is when the Word of God became flesh and dwelt among us. Think about it for a moment – God, the author of all creation, who spoke all things into being by His Word – became the Living Word in the person of His Son, Christ Jesus. In the flesh, God walked among His creation and communicated directly with us.

In today’s message we begin a new book study of the Gospel according to John. During this study, we are going to explore together the words that the Word of God spoke to us.
